Rotary shaft seal

The CK series screw pump is only available with a radial shaft seal. The CL series screw pump can be equipped with different shaft seals thanks to the longer spindle set. External ball bearings are also possible. This pump line is used as a horizontal or vertical foot pump or flange pump as well as a vertical container pump.

Seal housing

Depending on the operating requirements, different shaft seals are possible for the CL series. The CL screw pump is the slide-in pump used in the CG series. The different housing options allow enormous flexibility in terms of fluid connections. An optional external overflow valve can be fitted to CG screw pumps.

Marine pumps for booster modules - K series.

The booster module is the heart of a ship's fuel supply system. This is where the fuel is filtered and the correct pressure and viscosity are set. The properties of the fuels used place high demands on the booster module pumps. Heavy fuel oil must be pumped at high temperatures. Critical substances may be contained in the fuel. Abrasive foreign particles are not completely retained despite elaborate filtering. KRAL K series screw pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps. They pump the fuel over a wide pressure range with high efficiency, even if the viscosity changes.

The K series, with a delivery rate of 5 to 2,900 l/min and a pressure of up to 16 bar, is ideally suited for use in booster modules. They work reliably in a temperature range from -20 to +180 °C. With their robust design and high efficiency, they ensure a constant and reliable fuel supply, even under demanding conditions. Marine pumps for boilers - DKC | DLC series.

The double stations of the KRAL DKC | DLC series are the ideal solution for pumping boiler liquids on board ships. These pumps offer a flow rate of 5 to 2,000 l/min at a pressure of up to 40 bar.

The compact and ready-to-connect double stations are characterized by their high efficiency and reliability. The two built-in KRAL screw pumps are self-priming and ensure low-pulsation and quiet pumping. This ensures smooth operation that meets the requirements of the shipping industry.

Marine pumps for engine and gearbox lubrication - K | C series.

KRAL K series screw pumps offer an optimum solution for engine and gearbox lubrication in ships. With flow rates of 5 to 2,900 l/min and a pressure of up to 16 bar, these pumps ensure reliable and efficient lubrication, which is essential for the smooth operation of marine engines and gearboxes.

Our screw pumps are characterized by their high flow rate and small footprint. They pump the medium gently without squeezing it or generating pressure pulses that could damage the piping or other components. This not only extends the service life of marine engines and gearboxes, but also minimizes the risk of vibrations.

Ship pumps for cargo, tank transfer and bunkering - Z series.

With flow rates of 5 to 3,550 liters per minute and a maximum pressure of 100 bar, the Z series is perfectly suited for use in various ship systems. Thanks to the synchronized and non-contact operation of the spindles, even aggressive, contaminated and low to non-lubricating media can be conveyed reliably and with low pulsation. This feature makes the Z series particularly suitable for the transfer of freight and fuels, where high reliability and low maintenance requirements are crucial.

Another outstanding feature of the Z series is its ability to withstand dry running times, which further increases flexibility and reliability in operation. The double-flow design enables very high flow rates and ensures axial pressure equalization in the pump housing, which significantly extends the service life of the pump.

Ship pumps for steering gear, propeller adjustment, anchor winch - C | W series.

KRAL C | W series screw pumps are ideal for various marine applications. These pumps offer a reliable and efficient solution for rudder systems, propeller adjustment and anchor winches. Thanks to the positive displacement principle, they are particularly suitable for hydraulic applications with high system pressures.

The pumps deliver gently and constantly without squeezing the medium, which ensures a longer service life and greater system reliability. In contrast to many other operating principles, KRAL screw pumps offer a linear flow rate characteristic. This means they can be controlled easily and cost-effectively with a frequency converter.
